SERVICES
Together, we will identify relational and behavioral patterns, clarify your needs and inherent resources, bear painful emotions, and acquire skills to cope with life's challenges. Through these efforts, we can increase your confidence and self trust, deepen your capacity for intimacy and advocacy, and access greater states of well-being, calm, flexibility, aliveness, and authenticity. Within a safe, connected, and genuine environment, we will activate your inner healer and positive change agent.
Depending on your presenting concerns, I utilize and/or integrate the following:

Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy

Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy informed
Individual Therapy
Relationship therapy offers the opportunity to tackle a number of challenges including new life transitions (e.g., moving to a new city, gender transition, coming out, getting married, opening a relationship, family planning, blending families), unhelpful interaction and communication patterns, low coping resources during conflict, experiences of disconnection, breaches of trust, loss, navigating sex/intimacy and more. People who tend to benefit the most from Relationship Therapy are those who are willing to engage in self-reflection and self-change rather than those with the sole expectation of changing their partner. We will tackle these challenges by identifying and interrupting negative cycles, increasing self and co-regulation, revealing and attending to primary emotions that live beneath defensive and critical responses, and increasing opportunities for friendship and bonding.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Research shows us that ketamine and psychotherapy can each independently enhance neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to rewire itself- in uniquely impactful ways.. By integrating the acute neurological effects of ketamine with structured psychotherapy we can make sense of and apply the profound breakthroughs, insights, and emotions commonly experienced during ketamine treatment. In collaboration with ketamine prescribers, I provide targeted integration therapy to maximize the brain’s ability to re-wire itself, thereby decreasing symptoms (especially depression, anxiety, and trauma symptoms) and bridging the gap between insights and real-life action, to create meaningful long -lasting change.
I offer support, collaboration, resources, and real clinical techniques to fellow clinicians navigating complex clinical presentations and ethical dilemmas. Common topics on which I provide consultation include, LGBTQIA affirming mental healthcare, DBT, ERP for OCD, assessing and managing clinical risk, and diagnosis.
